Chesterwood Village of West Chester is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near West Chester, OH

We need a talented and experienced RN Unit Manager to help oversee our nursing staff at The Advanced Therapy Center at Chesterwood Village in West Chester, OH.
$72,000 to $82,000 Per Year
You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Providing leadership to nursing staff by overseeing the daily Nursing Department operations
  • Maintaining compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • Promoting excellent customer service experience and clinical outcomes
  • Analyzing trends and implementing solutions for quality assurance initiatives
  • Completing daily documentation and clinical chart reviews
  • Overseeing staffing levels, work schedules and assignments for staff
  • Performing personnel management duties
  • Participating in recruiting, training, and development of staff

You'll Need to Have:

  • A Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
  • Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English
  • Familiar with federal and state laws governing long-term care
  • Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong physical assessment skills
